The course takes place on Monday the 30th of June from 9:00 - 16:00h in the Biozentrum.
Description
As projects continue to invade professional life in an ever increasing manner, this course provides a first overview of the basic principles, tools and techniques of successful project management:
- what's a project and what's not
- how to scope
- develop a concise and manageable plan
- schedule the work so people know what to do
- spot problems early when they are easy to solve
- Tracking against the plan
- closing the project
After an initial interactive presentation the participants will have the opportunity to discuss their specific project situations and work on immediate issue resolution. The focus of the course is to provide a hands-on toolbox for people facing the challenge of successfully managing a project.
