Lehrveranstaltung WP5.2: Modern Topics in Evolutionary Genetics Tutorial

  • Inhalte: Tutorial exercises or computerbased exercises that will make the students actively work through the topics of the lecture.
  • Lernziele: The students will acquire a thorough understanding of different aspects of the topic of the lecture Modern Topics in Evolutionary Genetics Lecture.

Lehrveranstaltung WP5.1: Fortgeschrittene Themen der evolutionären Genetik Vorlesung

  • Inhalte: Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist ein zentrales Forschungsgebiet der quantitativen oder molekularen Genetik (wie z.B. künstliche Selektion und Züchtungsforschung, QTL Analyse oder evolutionäre Entwicklungsbiologie), mit Schwerpunkt auf aktuellen Fragestellungen und modernen Forschungsansätzen.
  • Lernziele: Die Studierenden machen sich mit Konzepten und aktuellen wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen aus der evolutionären Genetik vertraut.
  • Unterrichtsform: Vorlesung

Lehrveranstaltung WP5.2: Fortgeschrittene Themen der evolutionären Genetik Übungen

  • Inhalte: Aufgaben zum Literaturstudium oder Computerübungen, die die Studierenden zum eigenständigen, aktiven Durcharbeiten der Themen der Vorlesung WP5.1. anhalten und sie auf die Klausur vorbereiten.
  • Lernziele: Durch aktive und eigenständige Arbeit gewinnen die Studierenden ein vertieftes Verständnis der Themen der Vorlesung WP5.1.
  • Unterrichtsform: Übung
