- Beschreibung: This module focuses on the most recent advances in systematics so that students know what is happening at the forefronts of systematic research.
- Goals: The students will acquire a thorough understanding of a recent topic from modern systematics research.
Lehrveranstaltung WP24.1: Forefronts of Systematics Lecture
- Inhalte: Highly topical advances at the forefront of systematics will be treated, critically assessed and compared to more traditional and to rather recent results.
- Lernziele: Students know about actual developements in systematical science and and learn to consider carefully new methodological issues.

- Inhalte: Students go more deeple into the topics of the lecture.
- Lernziele: The students will acquire a critcial feeling of the new sytematic advances.

Lehrveranstaltung WP24.1: Forefronts in Systematics Vorlesung
- Inhalte: Hochaktuelle Fortschritte an der vordersten Front der Systematischen Biologie werden behandelt, kritisch betrachtet und mit mehr traditionellen aber auch mit rezenten Resultaten verglichen.
- Lernziele: Die Studenten bekommen Kenntnisse über aktuellste Entwicklungen der Systematischen Biolgie und lernen, neue Methoden zu bewerten.
