Communication, Collaboration and Team Performance
From EESwiki
This course gives you a first overview of the basic principles of effective team collaboration. It provides ideas on how you can shape the culture of communication and collaboration in your team and at LMU overall. Questions discussed in the course include:
- How can we communicate more effectively in our team?
- How can conflicts be solved productively?
- How do I lead myself and my interns, diploma students and student assistants?
- How do I lead my boss?
The course is sub-divided into two parts: The first part comprises an interactive presentation on principles of communication, collaboration, and leadership, which is followed by a group discussion. In addition, you will have an opportunity to discuss questions that pertain to your specific concerns and learn to a greater extend how to implement leadership and communication principles in your daily life. We address those issues in a session, called “moderated exchange of experiences”. This session is offered in addition to the crashcourse you plan to attend.
